Good Morning Father in Heaven! Abba!
Thank you for meeting me, thank You for this time to spend with You in fellowship. Time to read Your words, to sing Your praise and to grow in intimacy with You. Thank You that You are faithful even to the point of waiting for me.
It is too great to fathom that as great, and powerful, and loving as You are, that I've left You waiting and not even been faithful to seek You! Who am I that You take notice of me? Who am I that I can be so foolish to leave the great Creator waiting for me? I am a foolish woman! I have sought my own ways, my own desires - how inconceivable! My spirit is humbled with the shame of my own blindness! Please forgive me Lord - please take me out of my shame - help me to step out of this self-imposed arrogant blindness! Let me seek You constantly in all things!
In each hour, each minute let me see and know Your presence and guidance. Let the distant drumbeat that I march to be Your heartbeat! Let there be no boundary between You and me! Let my existence be completely enveloped within Your presence!

Under Your Wing
Good Morning Lord~
Thank You Father for Your protection and provision. Thank You for Your eternal, encompassing love!
I praise You Lord, You are so worthy of praise! You the Great Creator, the everlasting One, the Powerful One that keeps the world spinning, the universe sticking together and each persons heart beating - You are so amazing!
Even as I try to grasp the fullness of You I am overcome with my lack of ability to fathom the depths of Your being and yet You love me! I am Your creation, the subject of Your love and thoughts and plans! Amazing! Thank You Father!
I've heard stories of Your home(heaven) and look forward excitedly to getting to experience it and to praise You in Your Throne Room! To actually be in Your presence there leave me wordless with joyful anticipation!
Yet You have work and battles for me to complete - I purpose to walk in Your will daily - hourly! and purpose to not waste any of the time or resources You give me. As Joshua fought and destroyed all of the enemies in the land promised to Israel I will fight all that keeps or hinders me from Your perfect will or that sets as an enemy of Your way Lord. As You delivered their enemies into their hands as they walked with You, this I will walk with You and battle as Joshua did. Whether it be from within myself or without - if it be my own sinful nature it will be put to death. If it be scoffers or those who would try to detour me I will not accept them! I will root them out of my way and not be hindered! I will shout out Your name! I will trust in You! I will follow You on Your narrow path, I will find my protection and rest under Your wing.
Thank You Lord! You have given the promises of Your strength, protection and provision to Your children, to any who will seek You. That is what I"m doing with all that I am Father.

I Can Do All Things? Prayer Journal 7-3-2012
Good Morning Lord~
Yesterday through this morning I have re-learned a lesson. Your word says "I can do all things through Him who strengthens me." Phil 4:13
While Your word is always true it doesn't mean we can take it and stretch the truth to fit our situations. We can do all things that You call us to do, not just everything we decide we want to do! If You call me to go minister in the heat all day You will give me the ability to do that. If You don't call me then I should use wisdom and weigh my activities with my capabilities.
The power, strength, honor and glory are Yours, Lord~ I am only a submitting vessel.
It is the wind that drives the sailboat and not itself.
It is the sun, rain and soil that gives the flower growth and not itself.
The sail for the boat is simply lifted and it goes! The plants simply sink their roots, raise their leaves and they grow!
Lord, to You I lift my heart! In Your will and purpose I "sink my roots and raise my leaves", Let me go and grow in Your power and to Your glory!
